Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchange.

We offer 2 days return or exchange in case the item you received is not what you ordered, damaged or faulty. If 2 days have gone by until the item was delivered, we would not be able to offer you any refund or exchange.

Change of mind does not qualify for a returns or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as electronic products, perfumes or jewellery cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@Shoppinza.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lahore. It is recommended to pack the item nicely so it reaches us safely.
